Ki Niseko is pleased to announce its support of this year’s SME Leadership Development Forum, returning to Niseko on March 8–14, 2015. The 5-day program is a flagship service of Andrew Geddes Pty Ltd, and will be attended by Australian and New Zealand professionals, Hirafu executives and business owners from a number of industries.
Program attendees will spend mornings exploring the ski slopes in small groups led by experienced guides. Afternoon sessions will take place in the classroom and focus on the development of business and leadership skills. Topics will include strategic stewardship, performance management, sales and marketing and more. In addition, the will be formal dinners on three of the nights, at which local SME directors will give talks on their businesses and leadership lessons.
