Starting from November 1st 2019, a 2% bed tax will be applied to all accommodations located in the municipal area of Kutchan Town. Ki Niseko accommodation rates are inclusive of all taxes and charges with no changes to current rates.
As one of the world's most renowned ski resorts, Niseko has experienced exponential growth and popularity in the past few years. The special tax will help support the rising number of tourists, increase visitors' satisfaction and revisit rates to Niseko.
This tax will be automatically included to the price of the visitor’s accommodation fee at Ki Niseko.
