Room Availability
Our room availability is constantly changing; what you see on our website can disappear quickly, while previously unavailable options might suddenly become accessible as rooms are released due to unpaid deposits.
To maintain fairness, availability is open to all guests online. If you choose to email us instead of booking online, the availability you see may disappear before we can respond to your email.
Our busiest part of the season is during Christmas and New Year, with occupancy reaching 100% rapidly. For the first time in 2024/25, we'll be offering discounts during this period. Therefore, if you're considering a holiday with us over Christmas, please act promptly to secure your booking.
Telephone Calls & Emails
We receive an influx of emails from our guests inquiring about quotes, hotel facilities, room amenities, and other details during this time. Rest assured, we strive to respond to each inquiry diligently. However, please be mindful that responding to emails takes time, and during this period, availability might be claimed by other guests booking online. For those who prefer calling in, we take messages and add them to our response queue, maintaining fairness in addressing all inquiries.
Accommodation Searches & Filtering
Booking is most efficient and seamless via our online booking system. Here are some key points to remember when searching for available dates:
- Experiment with Dates: Try different dates as even a slight adjustment can significantly impact available accommodations.
- Specify Guest Numbers: Enter the correct number of guests (including children) to filter accommodations that can accommodate everyone comfortably.
- Dynamic Discounts: The displayed discounts are dynamic and tailored to the dates you enter. If your booking spans multiple Early Bird discounts, you'll see the applicable discount.
- Enquire Now Button: Use the 'Enquire Now' button cautiously. It's for requesting a quote, and doesn’t finalise your room reservation. So don’t forget to proceed to the actual booking of the room when you’re ready.

Discounts
We have two main types of discount: Early Bird and Repeater, and these vary based on your stay dates, duration, and whether you're a returning guest.
The "Over 30% off" (or similar) you might see is a composite of different discount amounts. To break it down, the total discount may be derived from a booking with a 30% Early Bird discount, plus a 5% repeater discount, resulting in a total stacked discount (i.e. discounts applying consecutively) of 33.5%.
It's important to note that as Early Bird promotions end, the maximum available discount will decrease so that is why we recommend booking early, to secure the best deal.
Early Bird Discounts
To encourage guests to book early (and secure the desired availability), we offer discounts that expire on specific dates. While it's not impossible, it's highly unlikely for us to offer discounts as generous as the Early Bird discounts, so once the promotion concludes—they're gone for the season.

Repeater Discount
We always take pleasure in extending a warm "welcome back", so offer an extra 5% discount for guests who choose to stay with us again. For more details, head over to our Repeater Discount page.
Payment Process
We strive to make our payment process as simple as possible. Our system will send you reminders via email when payments are due and assist you in completing the payment online.
Deposit and Balance Payment
Upon booking, a 20% deposit of the non-discounted accommodation price is required to secure your reservation. Once paid, you'll receive a confirmation document and your booking will be confirmed. If the deposit is not paid, it will result in the room being released for others.
The remaining balance of your accommodation booking will be due 60 days before your arrival date. This amount will reflect the initial booking price, minus the deposit already paid (as indicated in your confirmation document). Similar to the deposit, if the balance payment is not received it will result in the accommodation being released for booking by another guest.
Cancellation charges apply to bookings made and later cancelled, so please review our terms and conditions before making a booking.
Some guests prefer paying the full amount when the deposit is due to lock in favourable exchange rates.
