To showcase the high quality, locally produced goods, An Dining is hosting a Hokkaido Wine & Niseko Cheese Tasting throughout August. The special event will allow guests to taste some of the best wine from around Hokkaido along with gourmet cheese made in Niseko.
Hokkaido dairy has long been known for its quality across Japan and Asia. Take this opportunity to sample Niseko's locally produced cheese made from the spring water of Mt Yotei.
An Dining are offering guests the option to try one kind of wine with one type of cheese or all three kinds. Try Niseko Cheese "Sekka" Sour Cream, Niseko Cheese Camembert and Niseko Cheese "Ku" Blue Cheese. For a lighter tasting session, try An Dining's latte or tea paired with Niseko cheese dessert.
