Call us biased, but we think Niseko is one of the most beautiful places on the planet! So when we had the chance to exhibit the beautiful photographic works of Dutch-born and now Niseko-based photographer, Hidde Hageman, we jumped at the chance!
Our newest exhibition on now in the Ki Niseko gallery, features a collection of Hidde's work comprising exquisite, breathtaking landscapes artfully captured here in the Niseko region.
The works highlight the natural beauty of Niseko whilst evoking a sense of magic and surrealism, with a particular focus on Mount Yotei, one of Hidde's favourite subjects to shoot.
"Mount Yotei is one of the most beautiful mountains I have ever seen; it never ceases to amaze me," Hidde said.
"The mountain hardly ever looks the same and that’s why it's my favourite subject in the Niseko area."
Having shot in locations all around the world during his career, including The Alps, the USA and Canada, we are very excited to announce Hidde Hageman as our latest exhibition feature.
