The variety of vegetables available for harvest varies with the seasons, and can be directly used to top your pizza, ensuring quality freshness. Among the selection are nutritious choices like early summer asparagus, revered for its vitamins and minerals, kale, known as the "king of vegetables" due to its exceptional nutritional profile, and the superfood beet. The addition of these seasonal vegetables enhances the pizza's flavour and nutritional content.

Pizzas are then baked in a high-temperature pizza oven, reaching up to 250 degrees Celsius, enhancing its flavours to perfection.
