Let us know any instructions for your items when you make a booking request and we will do our best to accomodate. Our standard is to place items in your room prior to your arrival, but we are happy to make different arrangements based on your preferences.
Wine Delivery

Wine can also be delivered to your room during your stay. Feel free to visit us at the Front Desk, or contact us using your room phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you. Pair your selection with one of our late night snacks for a cosy evening.
Late Night Snacks and Sandwiches
Arriving late in the evening or feeling a little extra peckish after a big day of skiing? Enjoy a late night food delivery including lightly toasted sandwiches, large cookies, brownies and more. Order in advance for a guaranteed feast, or visit our in-house deli counter at An Dining and select your favourites from what is available.

- This is an exclusive booking service to Ki Niseko accommodation guests.
- Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance.
- Payment for Concierge bookings is due 7 days prior to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any unpaid service by this due date.
- Cancellation 4 days or less prior to the delivery date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
